Lab Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our products through comprehensive quality control testing. This role involves testing both finished product material and incoming raw material to maintain our standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct quality control testing on finished product material and incoming raw material.
- Perform tests such as titrations, refractory index, viscosity, and sand testing.
- Utilize instrumentation such as an auto titrator and equipment for measuring refractive index and conducting some gas chromatography work.
- Assist with certificates of analysis and data entry.
- Proficiency in chemistry, biology, or physics.
- Experience with lab science, particularly in titrations, quality control, and sample testing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a BA in a science‑related field, such as chemistry, physics, biology, forensic science, or biochemistry.
This role is located in a manufacturing facility within the quality lab. The position operates on the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
