Quality Assurance Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a QA Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Cleveland, OH area.

Quality Assurance Manager

Location:

Cleveland, OH area

• Lead and strengthen the site’s quality culture through communication, training, and accountability.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO
  9001/IATF
  16949, customer requirements, audits, calibration, PPAP, APQP, and document control.
• Support new product introductions by establishing and adjusting quality plans before mass production.
• Track key quality KPIs and lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions for systemic issues.
• Oversee supplier quality through audits, SCAR management, and verification of supplier compliance.
• Enforce company policies and manage departmental hiring, training, performance, and goal‑setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• 10+ years in automotive within Quality, Technical, or Operations; supervisory experience required.
• Proven project management and process‑improvement success.
• Experience with ISO
  9001/IATF
  16949; lead auditor preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP systems (SAP preferred); manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, work independently, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
