(Civil, Structural, Architectural) to support a hyperscale data center project in Conesville, Ohio. This role is fully on‑site and focused on ensuring construction quality, compliance, and adherence to project standards throughout execution.

• Perform on‑site quality inspections across all construction phases.
• Verify work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Review and track inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, test results, and close‑out documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor material installations and workmanship to ensure approved submittals and quality standards are met.
• Support audits and maintain accurate QA/QC records and logs.

• 15+ years of experience in construction quality inspection or QA/QC.
• Strong background in large‑scale/complex projects (data centers, industrial, mission‑critical, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes, quality systems, and construction documentation.
• Ability to work independently on a fast‑paced, high‑standard site environment.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• On‑site presence is mandatory (no remote or hybrid).
• Relocation to Conesville, Ohio, is required.
• Must already have authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
