Quality Manager

A leading manufacturer of engineered automotive components is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality operations across a multi-shift production environment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role, providing oversight of quality personnel while also working closely with production, engineering, and customers to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead quality assurance activities, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Act as the primary liaison for production support and customer quality concerns.
• Manage nonconformance processes, scrap/rework disposition, and MRB reviews.
• Oversee calibration, gage recall, and MSA programs.
• Direct quality training programs and support APQP for new product launches.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare quality reports, communicate results to leadership, and recommend process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 5–10+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TS16949/IATF 16949 and ISO
  14001 standards.
• Experience with SPC, SQC, and root cause problem-solving tools.
• Background in metallurgy, NDT, or mag particle inspection preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
