Summary

The Quality Assurance Lead is a pivotal role within the production department, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This individual will lead a team of QA professionals, oversee the implementation of quality assurance policies, and maintain compliance with industry and Coca‑Cola regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Provide QA input across all project phases, including technical design and development activities.
  • Ensure that all testing and analyses are completed on‑time, as required.
  • Lead problem‑solving sessions with development staff to address quality issues.
  • Offer oversight and guidance to QA team members, ensuring project milestones are met in accordance with standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to monitor quality standards on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure technical feasibility of new product features from development stages.
  • Act as a technical expert within the domain, responsible for specifications and requirements documentation.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to the Sensory Program.
  • Oversee testing and reporting on Food Safety and regulatory compliance and concerns about microbial management with actionable recommendations.
  • Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
  • Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
  • Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
