Quality Engineer Description
Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Cleveland, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. This position plays an important role in maintaining product standards and supporting quality processes across the plant. The role is based fully on-site and will work closely with production and engineering teams to address issues, improve systems, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about operational quality and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with strong potential for growth.

Salary
: $85,000 - $95,000 + up to 10% Bonus + Benefits

- Drive overall product and process quality across manufacturing operations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards
- Lead problem-solving efforts, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Partner with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure quality objectives are met
- Support new product development and validation from a quality perspective
- Train and coach employees on quality processes and best practices
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Quality experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Must be able to work 100% on-site in Cleveland, OH
