The facility features five state‑of‑the‑art surgical suites, several of which are fully dedicated to advanced and orthopedic procedures, supported by cutting‑edge imaging tools like digital radiography, dental X‑rays, and ultrasound. The hospital also houses a fully equipped rehabilitation department, offering hydrotherapy via an underwater treadmill, laser therapy, acupuncture, and customized recovery programs, allowing you to see your patients through every step of their surgical journey, from diagnosis to full recovery.

You’ll be working alongside a large and experienced team of over 30 veterinarians and 30 RVTs, including several who have advanced training in orthopedic and minimally invasive surgery. Whether you’re already comfortable with procedures like TPLOs and fracture repairs, or looking for mentorship in these areas, you’ll have the chance to grow in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development. • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Must hold an Ohio State License or have the ability to obtain one
• 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal medicine
• A genuine passion for orthopedic surgery and a desire to grow in this area
• Comfortable with, or eager to develop, skills in procedures such as fracture repair and TPLOs
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting
• Competitive base salary with total compensation potential of $200K–$250K
