Position: Stepdown Unit Nurse (RN) in Cleveland, OH
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown, Pre Op, or PACU care at a reputable healthcare campus in Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-procedure and medical/telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate closely with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Mandatory

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized professional nursing certification acknowledged by the Magnet Association.

Schedule:

• Two shift options available: 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm) and 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am).
• Holiday and weekend rotation is required.
• No call responsibilities.
• Overtime paid at the standard all-inclusive rate.
