• Position: Travel Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 – On-site (University Circle area)
• Assignment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse Job
• Start Date: April 20, 2026
• End Date: July 19, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or eligibility via the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience;
  Stepdown/Cardiac Stepdown, telemetry, or progressive care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills suitable for cardiac telemetry and progressive care
• Completion of required skills checklist and competency exam prior to assignment
• Ability to meet all onboarding requirements: background check, health screenings, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza), TB testing, and drug screening
• Driver's License or State  for submission

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown / Telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac status and telemetry, recognize changes in condition (arrhythmias, ischemia), and escalate care appropriately
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and facility protocols, including cardiac meds and IV therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (cardiology, respiratory therapy, case management) to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Provide patient and family education on cardiac treatment plans, self-care, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document care, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record
