Join our Med/Surg Tele RN team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Cleveland's University Circle. This 30-bed Med/Surg unit, with 12 step-down (SDU) beds, specializes in solid organ transplant (kidney, liver, pancreas) and bariatric surgery and provides exposure to both pre- and post-operative care. This Cleveland travel nurse opportunity is ideal for RNs with Med/Surg and telemetry experience seeking a diverse clinical caseload in a renowned medical hub.

• End Date: July 19, 2026
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Openings: 2 Travel RN positions
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday required
• On-Site Position

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact state (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg and/or Telemetry RN experience required
• Experience caring for step-down (SDU), post-op, or transplant/bariatric patients preferred
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Successful completion of skills checklist and competency exam
• Required onboarding: background check, drug screen, and health documentation (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Fit Test, Influenza, TB/PPD/IGRA)
• Driver’s License or State  for onboarding
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg, telemetry, post-operative, transplant, and bariatric patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Provide comprehensive post-op care: pain management, wound/drain assessment, mobility progression, and patient/family education
• Coordinate complex care with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and discharge readiness
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Support intermittent charge responsibilities as needed (charge training/shadowing provided)
