• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360-$2480/week
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12 Hour Nights, night shift travel nursing)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio (Ohio RN license required)
• Oncology nursing experience required (1+ year preferred) — chemotherapy administration experience valued
• Experience in stepdown, surgical, or telemetry units is highly valued
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to complete onboarding health and professional requirements (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, physical/health statement, background check, etc.)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
• OCN or oncology specialty certification a plus (preferred, not required)

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology patients in a surgical and MICU stepdown environment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, telemetry, and progress using electronic health records
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy and supportive treatments, per policy and physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (oncology physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, case managers) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform patient and family education on treatment plans, chemotherapy side-effect management, and discharge needs
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and evidence-based environment for patients and staff

• Gain diverse oncology nursing experience in a Surgical Oncology & MICU stepdown unit
