Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Cleveland, OH (University Circle). 13-week travel nurse opportunity for experienced Telemetry RNs providing post-procedural cardiac (TAVR, cath lab) and vascular surgery care on 12-hour night shifts. • Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Unit: 30-bed Telemetry (9 beds flex to Step-Down/acute care)
• Patient Population: Post-op cardiac (TAVR, cath lab) and vascular surgery (carotids, bypass)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910–$2,010

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Ohio or compact state (Ohio RN jobs / Ohio nursing)
• Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac telemetry, post-procedural care)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to complete onboarding, compliance, and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Fit Test, Influenza, TB/PPD)
• Successful completion of skills checklist and competency exams as required
• Background check, fingerprinting, and employment/education verification
• Valid Driver’s License/State

• Deliver safe, evidence-based telemetry nursing care focused on post-procedural cardiac and vascular recovery
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry; promptly recognize and escalate rhythm or clinical changes
• Provide post-op care for patients following TAVR, cath lab interventions, and vascular surgeries (carotid, bypass)
• Care for patients in flex step-down/acute care beds as acuity requires
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary healthcare team members including physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary staff
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses per unit standards and hospital policy
• Maintain compassionate communication with patients and families; advocate for patient needs
