• Position Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN (Oncology RN)

• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36-48 (Night shift; every other weekend and holiday required)
• Shifts per Week: 3 shifts per week (for 36 hours/week; 12-hour shifts)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,360–$2,480/week

• Active RN license (eligible for Ohio RN license);
  Oncology certification preferred (OCN)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, or Telemetry nursing
• ICU experience preferred for MICU/stepdown assignments
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to complete required onboarding health screenings and background checks
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to oncology and stepdown patients, including post-surgical oncology cases
• Monitor and assess patient conditions; administer medications and manage treatment plans (including infusions/chemotherapy when applicable)
• Collaborate with physicians, oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment protocols, symptom management, and follow-up care
• Accurately document all nursing care and clinical observations in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in unit-based quality and patient safety initiatives to improve oncology care delivery
