Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN). Start date 4/5/2026. Available shifts 12 N. Pay rate: $1926.00–$2046.00.

Lerner Tower 3 (LT3) is a 30‑bed cardiac & thoracic surgery step‑down unit with full telemetry capabilities. We care for post‑op heart and lung patients up to and including heart and lung transplantation. Patients are managed by on‑unit Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are easily accessible and foster interdisciplinary teamwork. Nine of our beds have ICU monitoring capabilities for cardiothoracic patients that need closer monitoring.

External pacemakers and chest tubes are very common with this patient population. The normal patient ratio is 4:1.
