• Role: Med/Surg Telemetry RN / Travel Nurse
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 (Northeast Ohio)
• Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry – H51 Colorectal Surgery Unit
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; shifts may vary)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract, On-site position
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250–$2,370/week

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (active, not pending)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required for submission
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to work at least every other holiday
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signing contract

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing care on a Telemetry unit specializing in colorectal surgery
• Continuous cardiac monitoring, ECG interpretation, and timely response to telemetry alarms and changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, perform assessments, document care accurately, and maintain safe medication practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (surgeons, physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, compliance standards, and participate in orientation and ongoing training

• Work in a respected hospital with a focused colorectal surgery Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Gain strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience as a Med/Surg RN
