Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location
Cleveland, OH
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shifts, 3 - 12 hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide critical care services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemetry nursing and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Assess and document patient conditions and changes in health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience is required.
- Current, active Ohio RN license or Compact State License in hand.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- One supervisory reference from your specialty is required.
