Registered Nurse - RN TTP Coordinator

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Full-Time Registered Nurse - Transition To Practice (TTP) Coordinator within Nursing Education. .

NOTE:

* Management and delivery of twelve month program that is centered on the curriculum management and delivery of quality, competent nursing care, professional role development, and leadership development based on CCNE guidelines.

* Ongoing assessment and data of the new nurses growth and development.

* Clearly communicates and collaborates with Nursing Leadership, Preceptor development, Resident mentoring, Simulation Team, and subject matter experts at all levels.

* Ensures program development reflects evidence based practice standards.

* Collaborates with HR and Nurse Recruitment to ensure smooth transitions from pre-RN to RN role.

Pay:
Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards

Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
