As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you’ll be the reassuring presence families often meet at one of the most difficult moments of their lives. You serve as both an educator and a compassionate guide, helping patients and their loved ones understand hospice care while offering emotional support with empathy and grace.

Your day-to-day involves more than just clinical insight—it’s about building trusted relationships with hospital staff and navigating sensitive conversations with professionalism and heart. Your ability to collaborate and communicate ensures patients receive the right care at the right time.

• 1+years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life and/or palliative patients.
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care

• Schedule:
  Monday to Friday 10AM to 6:30PM
