As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you’ll be the reassuring presence families often meet at one of the most difficult moments of their lives. You serve as both an educator and a compassionate guide, helping patients and their loved ones understand hospice care while offering emotional support with empathy and grace.

Nurse Liaison (RN)Qualifications:
- 1+years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life and/or palliative patients.
- An active unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday 10AM to 6:30PM - Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged.
