Full‑time, 36 hours per week, 7 pm – 7:30 am shift.

Guided by knowledge of the basic principles of nursing based on the biological, physical, and psycho‑social sciences, the RN utilizes judgment supported by evidence and nursing theory in the delivery of nursing care. Provides, coordinates, and/or delegates nursing care and manages resources to attain, maintain, and restore optimum health for patients, their families, and the community.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Applicants with an Associate’s degree will be considered but are required to obtain a BSN within three (3) years of employment.
• Graduate of a program of professional nursing that is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.

• PRN RN’s must have at least one year of recent experience in the area of practice.
• One year of related RN experience is required for weekend option positions.
• Additional related previous experience and/or preparation may be required for specialty units.

• Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
• Exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment (e.g., risk of falls, strains).
• Maintains current Basic Life Support certification; new critical‑care, progressive‑care, medical telemetry, PACU, and ED nurses must complete Advanced Cardiac Life Support within the first six months. Experienced RNs hired into areas requiring ACLS are expected to have an ACLS certification upon hire or complete it within six weeks.

• Additional education or certifications may be required for specialty areas (e.g., PALS, NIH, Non‑Violet Crisis Intervention).
• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self‑respect, dignity, and diversity.

• Heavy:
  Exerts 50–100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25–50 pounds of force frequently, and/or ten to 20 pounds of force continuously to move objects.

Salary: $33.75/hr – $53.00/hr (base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials). The range reflects base pay only and may vary with experience and location.
