Schedule

Night shifts, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele RN to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to all hospital protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide effective care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Document patient care and progress in the medical records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license required
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Two assessments (ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate) required during orientation
