Night shifts, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
Job Description
We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and implement necessary interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient information and care in compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
- Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation.
