Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a strong background in telemetry nursing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry patients and interpret ECG rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess patient conditions and document changes in patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards of care.
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telehealth experience.
- Current and valid Ohio license or compact state license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, or supervisor in the specialty applying for is required.
