Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of patient needs, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to established standards and protocols.

• Monitor and assess patient progress, documenting care provided.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding health care plans and procedures.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.

• Active Ohio nursing license required at the time of submission. Compact licenses accepted for starts after January 1, 2023.

• One reference from a supervisor, manager, or director in the specialty is required for submission.

• Active certifications must be maintained without any pending issues.

• Exceptional ECG rhythm recognition skills, with successful completion during orientation.
