Overview

DaVita Kidney Care is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its new Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) team, located primarily at the Broadview Nursing Home in Parma, Ohio. The role supports 3–4 days a week with required travel to other SNF clinics and alternating Saturdays. Applicants must hold an RN license, have at least 12 months of experience, and hold an ADN (or equivalent) degree.

• Provide independent dialysis care and patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians.
• Troubleshoot dialysis treatments and coordinate with SNF staff to maintain continuity of care.
• Demonstrate best‑practice techniques, maintain treatment plans, and manage multiple patients concurrently.
• Participate in the advanced, hands‑on training program and apply critical thinking in an autonomous setting.
• Support additional local SNF sites as needed during training.

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience, including chronic hemodialysis or acute dialysis preferred.
• ADN (or B.S.N.) from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
  Paid, hands‑on training program completed.

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Background in training or healthcare education.
