We are hiring a Float Dialysis Nurse (RN) to provide life‑saving care at our Villa of Great Northern Dialysis in Fairview Park, OH. The position will float to clinics within the Cleveland region (Amherst, Center Ridge, Rockside, Hilliard).

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN.
• Schedule:
  
  Hours will vary by clinic; shifts are typically 12 hours, starting as early as 3:00 or 4:00 am.
• Shift differential for travel and paid mileage.
• Compensation increases as training levels are completed and additional responsibilities are taken on.
• Looking for a team player who is adaptable, willing to travel/float, and possesses strong leadership, time‑management, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.

• 30% Supervise and perform direct patient care: take and monitor vital signs, initiate and terminate dialysis, document, perform physical assessments, transcribe physician orders, and record ordered laboratory work.
• 20% Provide dialysis therapy: formulate dialysis plans per physician orders, manage ultrafiltration weight and rate, verify safety measures, administer medications, discontinue dialysis per established procedures, and document all activities.
• 20% Analyze patient assessments and laboratory data, notify physicians of concerns, monitor trauma signs, review orders, document observations, and communicate emergencies to supervisors.
• 15% Assess patient and family learning readiness, provide education on renal disease, prescribed dialysis treatment, medication, and long‑term care, and participate in care plan development and progress notes.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Employment contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check.
