Job Description
We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments, along with 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience.
Responsibilities
As a Med/Surg Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetery setting. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring patient vital signs and ECG readings

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

• Providing patient education and support

• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience

• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State license

• AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required

• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
