Night and day shifts available: 3x12-hour shifts, rotating between 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cardiac care and possess a strong understanding of progressive care practices.
Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients transitioning from intensive care to general care.

• Monitor patient vital signs and physiological status.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel.

• MUST have 18 months of recent cardiac step down experience; travel experience will suffice.

• MUST have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.

• AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH certifications are required.
