Eastbrook Healthcare Center – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift

Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, administer medications, and assist in patient management under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care during nighttime hours.

• Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Document patient observations, care provided, and changes in patient condition in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as facility protocols.

• Pay: $34/HR
• Full-Time Night Shifts (7pm-7am) (Rotating Weekends)

• Current and active LPN License in Ohio
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
