Med/Surg Tele RN Location

Cleveland, OH

This is a 13-week contract position.

Rotating shifts: 3x12-hour schedules, including night shifts (7pm to 7:30am) and day shifts (7am to 7:30pm).

We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing telemetry monitoring, and ensuring all nursing protocols are followed effectively.

• Provide direct patient care for individuals on a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.

• A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation.
• Mandatory holiday work every other holiday.
