We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Nursing that will oversee the overall management and coordination of nursing services within our facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, aligning departmental objectives with organizational goals, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in nursing practice.

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge among the nursing staff.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
