Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an OH or compact license and recent Med/Surg Tele experience.

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
• Adult medical-surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring
• Qualivis – Lotus platform used for submitting hours worked
• Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
• Assignments at this hospital system cannot exceed 18 consecutive months
• A minimum wait of 6 months is required before returning for another assignment at the same health system
• Dress code and other onboarding details provided during orientation

• Active OH or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required or must be willing to obtain prior to start
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in the specialty applying for
