RN, Cardiac Post Intervention, Progressive Care Unit, 4W

Full Time, 36 Hours/Week, 7p-7:30a shift. Unit focuses on cardiac electrophysiology & arrhythmias, stroke patients. 21‑bed unit. Target nurse to patient ratio 1:4 to 1:5.

• $5/hour shift differential for nights; $1/hour for weekends
• 12‑month nurse residency program for new graduates

$33.75/hr – $53.00/hr benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, retirement savings plan, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, education assistance, daily pay, etc.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Applicants with an Associate’s degree will be considered but must obtain a BSN within 3 years of employment
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (CCNE or ACEN)
• Current RN license in Ohio

• Minimum 1 year recent RN experience in the area of practice
• One year of related RN experience required for weekend option positions
• Additional specialized experience may be required for specialty units

• Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Corrected vision and hearing within normal range
• Ability to work under stressful and irregular hours
• Exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, ionizing radiation, etc.
• Current Basic Life Support certification;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 6 weeks of hire

• Heavy: may require exerting 50‑100 pounds of force occasionally, or 25‑50 pounds frequently, or 10‑20 pounds continuously to move objects
