A company is looking for a VP, Engagement Strategy to lead a team of engagement strategists and drive strategy for key accounts.
Responsibilities- Lead engagement strategy on assigned accounts, mentoring and developing team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities
- Generate strategic insights, briefs, and tactical plans while serving as a thought leader for the agency
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital / engagement strategy or multichannel marketing
- Health / pharma experience is a plus
- Experience in reading and interpreting data to provide recommendations
- Ability to craft and articulate strategic points-of-view and guidance
