Marketing and Communications Associate

As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to support client initiatives through direct customer engagement and brand representation.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and contributing to marketing and outreach efforts in a collaborative environment.

The Marketing & Communications Associate supports marketing campaigns by engaging with customers, communicating product and service information, and providing a positive brand experience. This position involves working with established leads and participating in direct marketing efforts within a retail environment.

• Stay informed on client products, services, promotions, and policies
• Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately
• Engage with customers in a professional, approachable manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Handle customer information responsibly and in compliance with privacy standards
• Share feedback and insights with management to support continuous improvement
• Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times

• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to updated processes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented approach to work
