Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager who is eager to learn and grow within the Strategy & Solutions team. In this position, you will work closely with the Speedeon Sales team to support new business opportunities and help manage existing client relationships. You will assist with building strong customer partnerships, helping define project scope, documenting requirements, and learning how to translate client goals into marketing solutions.
The Account Manager will also support presentations of Speedeon capabilities, help coordinate marketing tests and campaign execution, and participate in post campaign reporting and analysis. This role offers hands on exposure to data driven marketing, cross functional collaboration, and end-to-end campaign execution, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management and marketing strategy.
- Manage multiple accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for all tactical, executional, and strategic requests.
- Partner with the Sales Team on the qualification and execution of new and existing sales opportunities.
- Develop strategies for customers and end users to customize direct mail, digital, and email campaigns for acquisition and retention in both B2C and B2B markets.
- Work to define customer data and marketing requirements to meet campaign goals.
- Manage the execution of customer data requests; including count requests, testing requirements, existing file or program modifications, etc.
- Manage the execution of sales related testing opportunities.
- Work with the Legal Team to develop, prepare, and execute customer agreements.
- Partner with the Data Science and Development teams to prepare campaign reporting and analysis to measure performance and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Team, Production/Operations/Development Teams, and the Customer/Prospect Base for projects, tasks and campaigns.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, account support, client services, or a related field. Direct marketing exposure is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer first mindset.
- Interest in learning account management, project coordination, and marketing data concepts.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and data driven marketing concepts.
