Position Overview:

Fabricator / General Labor – Construction Manufacturing

Join a trusted leader in midrise construction as a Fabricator/General Laborer. This hands‑on role involves fabricating steel wall panels in a production setting. If you’re dependable, accurate with a tape measure, and ready to work as part of a dedicated team, this could be a great long‑term opportunity for you.

• Assemble steel wall panels as part of a team in a production line setting.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks.
• Accurately read and interpret tape measurements down to 1/16”.
• Stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, productive workspace.

• Must pass a tape measure proficiency test at the interview.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment (not suitable for individuals with asthma).
• Steel toe boots required (all other PPE provided).
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and looking for long‑term employment.

• Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay: $17 per hour
• Contract‑to‑hire opportunity
