Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our team and play a key role in building high-quality metal structures that meet the highest safety and performance standards.

• Interpret and understand project blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
• Measure and cut metal components to exact dimensions using hand tools, plasma cutters, and metal cutting machines.
• Use MIG welding techniques to join metal parts.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet design specs, structural integrity, and safety codes.

• Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding equipment and metalworking tools.

• Steel toe boots (PPE required).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
