Maintenance Manager

Lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, safe work practices, and consistent execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring safe work practices, policy compliance, and timely response to equipment issues.
• Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians across electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines.
• Drive uptime and reliability through strong preventive maintenance planning, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, PLCs, automation equipment, motors, drives, and industrial controls.
• Support mechanical repairs including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and general plant equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, PM schedules, spare parts, and equipment history.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Safety to ensure equipment readiness and alignment with operational goals.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or high‑volume production environments.
• Strong electrical background with hands‑on experience in industrial controls, PLC troubleshooting, and automation systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar), and automation controls.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating multi‑shift or multi‑line operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

• Experience with CMMS systems, predictive maintenance tools, or reliability programs.
• Background in continuous improvement, 5S, or lean manufacturing principles.
• Prior experience in food, packaging, plastics, or other process‑driven industries.
