Programming and Setup:
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various types of machinery.;
Operate turning, vertical and horizontal machining centers, and Swiss-style lathes, adhering to all safety and quality standards.;
Quality Control:
Perform regular quality checks on components produced to ensure they meet or exceed specifications.;
Monitor machinery during operation to detect any signs of malfunction or deviation from expected performance.;
Lead, train, and mentor less experienced machinists and operators.
