Warehouse/Insulation Lamination Team Member
Essential Job Functions
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Collaborate with the Lead Operator to support and improve the insulation lamination process
- Meet production and project deadlines consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when required
- Assist in all areas of the warehouse as business needs dictate
- Understanding of customer and production requirements
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Technical aptitude with manufacturing or fabrication equipment
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Previous experience operating machinery preferred
- Ability to accurately read tape measures and other measuring devices
- Ability to understand and follow instructions provided verbally, in writing, or through diagrams
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle bulky materials and products
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40-45 hours per week
- Work Location: In person
- Warehouse Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
- Day shift
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Over time as required
