Warehouse/Insulation Lamination Team Member

Essential Job Functions

* Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

* Collaborate with the Lead Operator to support and improve the insulation lamination process

* Meet production and project deadlines consistently

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

* Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product standards are met

* Load and unload trucks as needed

* Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when required

* Assist in all areas of the warehouse as business needs dictate

Core Competencies

* Understanding of customer and production requirements

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

* Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

* Technical aptitude with manufacturing or fabrication equipment

* Basic math skills

* Basic computer proficiency

* Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* Previous experience operating machinery preferred

* Ability to accurately read tape measures and other measuring devices

* Ability to understand and follow instructions provided verbally, in writing, or through diagrams

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Ability to handle bulky materials and products

* Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Job Details

* Job Type: Full-time

* Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

40-45 hours per week

Schedule

* Day shift

* 8-hour shifts

* Monday through Friday

* Over time as required
