• 1st Shift General Labor (Production Line) Position
• Job Type: Union Position
• Full-time First Shift (Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:30pm)
• $22.58 per hour (This is the starting wage); $23.13 per hour (1 year anniversary)

• Observes and follows safety procedures and SOPs set by the company
• Working on production line
• Packaging machine operation
• Packing products in cartons
• Past packaging or machine operation a plus
• Stacking cartons on pallets
• Manual labor
• Medium lifting 45 lb

• Capable of lifting boxes up to 70 pounds with the average being 45 pounds on a daily basis
• Turning, bending and standing 90% of working hours per day
• Must work well with others in a total team environment
• Adheres to all company health and safety policies and protocols while working
• Follows the company attendance policy on a daily basis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Good attendance
• Positive attitude
