• Repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining various food processing and packaging equipment to determine the nature and extent of repairs or alterations required.
• Completing preventative maintenance assignments and responding to line and equipment calls.
• Supporting building and grounds keeping needs.
• Interpreting schematics/drawings and reading blueprints.
• Repairing electrical equipment, VFDs, multi‑phase electric motors, and relays.
• Applying TPM/Lean concepts with a focus on continuous improvement, teamwork, and creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements.
• Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical components, and replacement parts as needed.
• Managing PLC logic controls and motor control logic.

• 3 or more years of previous maintenance experience.
• Technical training or certifications desired.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks and comfort working in a high‑speed production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance work order systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively.
• Solid problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to coach others.
• Willingness to work internally and externally in diverse environmental conditions.
• Shifts available: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:00pm), 3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:30am).

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.00 to $37.00. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
