Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance
Picture the start of your shift in Cleveland/Twinsburg: you scan the CMMS, review open work orders, and head to the line. A press stalls. You trace the issue through schematics, step into ladder logic on an Allen Bradley PLC, confirm inputs with your meter, adjust a sensor, and bring the system back online. Before break, you knock out a scheduled PM, replace a worn hydraulic hose, and document everything with precision.
That is a typical day on our multi-craft maintenance team at Worthington Steel.
