We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding various materials and a strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.
Responsibilities- Weld various parts in different materials.
- Conduct dimensional inspections of parts to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform grinding, sanding, and cutting using oxy-fuel and hand plasma tools.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and safety programs.
- Perform general welding and shop duties as needed.
- 1st Shift | 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday + OPTIONAL OT FRONT END OF SHIFT (45-50/hrs. per week)
- 2nd Shift | 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday - Thursday (4-10's) + Optional OT on FRIDAY (45-50/hrs. per week)
- Weekend shift | Friday - Sunday. 6am to 6pm. Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours.
- Weekend 2nd Shift | Friday - Sunday 6p-6a (work 36 hours - paid for 40) + $2.00 Shift Diff
- Proficiency in MIG Welding.
- Experience with pre-heat and post-heat welding.
- Familiarity with carbon arc and carbon steel welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in welding of Carbon, Stainless, or High Alloy Steels.
- Experience in FCAW and mechanical transfer.
- Experience welding thick to thin structural members.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes large machining centers and the largest roll forming and press break machine in the Northern Hemisphere. Team members work under the direction of a Team Manager to safely produce quality parts in a timely manner. Potential growth opportunities include learning multiple machining centers.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60320.00/yr.
