This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re‑manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Maintain 5S standards, cleaning equipment on daily basis or as needed.
• Able to train personnel on machinery.
• Execution of minor equipment troubleshooting/repair and regularly scheduled operator maintenance. Immediate correction of safety hazards.
• Execution of duties in accordance with Henkel’s SHE standards and practices including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Execution of duties in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.

• Quality oriented.
• Execute production in the safest, most efficient manner.
• Engagement and ownership of one’s own work area and equipment.
• This includes the resultant quality of the product and administrative work being produced, the level of productive achievement and the housekeeping standards maintained.
• Maintains a professional, team‑player attitude, helping other Henkel employees and temporaries exceed expectations.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Must be dependable and punctual. Must operate with a sense of urgency.
• Able to understand and perform basic math. Able to use a computer. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The salary for this role is $20.00 - $22.00.
