We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee and optimize production operations. This role involves managing a team of approximately 10 mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in electromechanical assemblies and a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead and supervise technicians, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks and production flow issues; implement solutions to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Reorganize team assignments frequently to address urgent tasks and keep production on track.
• Perform basic quality assurance checks and testing to identify issues early and ensure product integrity.
• Diagnose assembly or sub‑assembly problems to keep operations moving.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

• Supervision and strong communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose bottlenecks and expedite operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in decision‑making.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment under pressure and strict deadlines.

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with assemblies, sub‑assemblies, or testing, ideally involving electromechanical products with motors, mechanisms, or moving parts.

The role primarily involves spending time on the production floor, interacting with technicians and identifying areas of prioritization. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on maintaining production flow under pressure and strict deadlines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.65/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
