Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-Time + Overtime

Shifts Available:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 days/week, includes weekends)
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (5 days/week, includes weekends)

We're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and the flexibility to support a facility that runs around the clock.

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components (up to 480V)
• Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks
• Monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure consistent production
• Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machine components
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards at all times

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy experience a plus)
• Experience with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with VFDs, pumps, and valves is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends

• Comfortable working in wet, physically demanding environments
