DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality for aircraft installation.
- Perform a variety of aviation electrical and fabrication processes to include but not limited to wire marking, soldering, crimping, connector termination and assembly.
- Perform electrical wiring modifications to equipment.
- Inspect and/test wiring installations, assemblies or circuits.
- Perform kitting fabrication/ operations as designed.
- Ensure work meets quality standards set by the organization.
- Complete all required paperwork and computer documentation for harness and component fabrication.
- Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 highly desired
- Understanding of avionics and electrical wiring diagrams and circuits is preferred.
- Knowledge of various wire harness tools to include manual and crimpers is preferred.
- Prior experience in electrical harness fabrication is a plus.
- Prior aviation electrical experience is a plus.
- Fanatical attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Experienced with all MS Office suites.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
