Transfer Press Operator

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a leading provider of acoustical/thermal and air-flow management products for the transportation, consumer, industrial and heavy equipment industries fill a Transfer Press Operator role in the Cleveland, OH area. The company is a full-service supplier that works in close collaboration with its customers to develop solutions that are both cost and mass efficient.

Support the Operations throughout the manufacturing processes, Operate Auto Feed transfer tooling as well as operate any value-add operations and single stroke presses, while remaining aligned with company’s strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

• Operate any auto feed equipment
• Operate all transfer equipment
• Ability to set up/troubleshoot all jobs
• Must be able to do Quality checks with proper equipment
• Operate Single Hit/Hand Transfer Presses and any other value add operations
• Maintain hourly rates set forth by Management
• Support production as needed
• Catching, Packaging, Sorting/Reworking parts
• Maintain documents in the ERP system
• Keep Quality, EMS, IATF, at the forefront of all duties assigned
• Complete other tasks deemed necessary by the Management team to support company growth.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Stand for lengthy periods of time
• Excellent attendance
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift Operation—will train as needed
• Valid Driver’s License

• 3 plus yrs. experience in automotive stamping
• Previous transfer press experience a plus
